I dealt with Shakeel, he was not helpful at all! Air India changed my flight, I called him 4 hours before my flight departs when leaving from home asking if my flight was on time. He said yes. I went to the airport, the airline said the flight is cancelled by the agent. I went to see him in office. He said, I'll get my refund. But what about holidays? I'm going to the court
