I had a very poor experience. The doctor did not seem willing to properly consult or address our concerns. When we asked for more details about the illness and its cause, he appeared visibly annoyed, as if questioning was unwelcome, and advised us to focus only on the fact that it had occurred rather than understanding why. Additionally, the charges for a simple follow-up check-up felt excessive. The doctor also recommended surgery without providing a clear explanation or discussing the reasoning behind it. Overall, I would not recommend visiting this clinic in any situation.

Visited Dr. Minesh Khatri multiple times for throat ulcers, but his medicines did absolutely nothing and were ineffective. Despite repeated visits, there was no improvement at all. What’s worse is that he charged me a consultation fee every single time, even though it was for the same ongoing issue. He even asked me from where did I find his clinic as if he’s running a business out of it. He couldn’t give any clear reason behind why the ulcers kept coming back and just prescribed Combiflam for the pain—something easily available over the counter. Felt like he was just guessing and dragging the treatment without any real results. Definitely not going back. Waste of time and money. Very bad experience.

I will recommend Dr khatri from kavyan hospital..very prompt and adjusting...he agreed to come for a home visit for my aged father in law who had injured his ear and was bleeding heavily..whereas alot of doctors we contacted weren't willing to? Thank you Dr Khatri..i really appreciate your attitude towards elders and the way you handled his issue thoroughly!!

Excellent Service, Dr Manish Khatri, is a very patient, gentle the and superb doctor. He explains everything clearly & we can also watch some procedures on the screen live. The hospital is very clean & neat.

Visited Kavyan ENT hospital for my ear treatment. Very good diagnostics. At present I have no issue with my ears. Also visited for tonsils issue with my son. Got perfect medicine and prevention for that.

If you’re looking for an ENT, I would surely recommend this clinic for your treatment as I went there for my mother’s nose surgery and I’m 100% satisfied! Also it was an emergency so doctor Minesh specially waited for me as I reached there after the closing time so I really appreciate him.

One of the worst services you can get, after your payment is done. Doctor cannot even talk nicely and starts shouting... His response was, i am ENT doctor not your doctor, so you cannot ask me for anything... Stupid reply from his side that we are cyber criminal gang, which itself shows his character. Instead of accepting mistake, he has replied with same comment for qll negative reviews... patients please be careful

we had visited every year for same problem in ear and got treatment, in a single sitting we have curried in a single couse of medicine of very reasonable cost. we fill very happy and thankful with Dr. Minesh sir. He had well equipped operation thietar and all necessary facilities in the Hospital also had well trained and good manner staff.
