Awesome environment. It's the hub for nsb for sure, really cool owner and staff, delicious drinks and a lot of different things to do. Always a place to recommend. Gotta love event nights too. Miss Eden and Miss Paloma mastered making the specialty drinks, shout out to them.

Such a cute little place! Had a great iced caramel latte, the barista was very informative when I had questions about the menu (I had never heard of Kava before haha), and she made a delicious latte! Plenty of seating and outlets to do work at, there are board games and couches to just come and hang out at. Will definitely be coming back here!

Kava Java is amazing it has wonderful drinks and a great atmosphere! It’s dog friendly with a pool table! They also just added growlers to their menu which is awesome to enjoy on the go Paloma is absolutely wonderful , super knowledgeable, and makes the drinks perfect!

Great local sober bar! They have different activities going on every night such as crafts, open mic, ladies night, etc. Their kava, kratom, and coffee drinks are great quality. Service is excellent. If you don’t know much about their products, they are very knowledgeable and don’t mind educating you about them. Awesome atmosphere. Very laid back and casual.

Expect your experience to be exceptional! They offer a wide variety of DELICIOUS coffees, Kratom teas, and Kava. Along with tasty bakery treats! The warm inviting atmosphere, and consistency in excellent service, friendly/safe environment, cleanliness, and high quality beverages is what has my family and I coming back EVERYDAY! I even feel comfortable bringing my ten year old here after school to play a game of pool or a game of connect four. I rarely see kids there but I know it’s a safe environment to bring them too. I have enjoyed some of their daily events as well. Some of my favorites are ladies night and jam night. It’s a sober bar setting so you can expect there will never be an awkward situation with someone under the influence. I like that the beverages are affordable for the quality I am getting. Kratom is 10 bucks for 20 ounces. It’s premium Kratom tea leaves which I’ve paid upwards of $17 for a 20 oz. of Kratom Tea at other Kava Bars. Everything on their menu is priced fairly. The Kratom Tea is the highest quality I’ve ever experienced! My favorite go to is the white vein which gives me incredible focus, clarity, and even helps with anxiety to feel more comfortable in a social setting. I’ve had many memorable, enjoyable conversations with people from different backgrounds that keep me looking forward to another day. When I’m ready to relax, unwind and feel completely STRESS FREE I enjoy their epic Red vein Kratom tea or Kava. I have noticed it improves my mood, quality of sleep and ability to wake up feeling FRESH and ready to start a new day. The seating is super comfortable to lounge on and not feel weird. You can genuinely see the local owners take pride in this business. They sincerely care for their customers and staff. Happy Hour prices are literally half the price compared to others. I am beyond grateful this GEM 💎 opened up in the city I call home right here in New Smyrna Beach!

An excellent spot to hang out—small but very cozy. It has everything you need to enjoy a great cup of coffee and have a pleasant time. The service is outstanding, and the host is incredibly friendly, making you want to spend the whole time chatting with him. Highly recommended!

Eden and the Paloma are the best!!!! true gem in the NSB community. Hosts fun events! Vibes are on point. A few comfy chairs to sit in + tables. Come one, come all! Went to a Paint & Sip - had fun. Very laid back. My hot brewed tea was tasty! So many drink options!! Popping Boba pearls are tasty. They have baked goods/pastries also. Game night, open mic night, karaoke Saturday nights.

Great little "hole in the wall" spot for good kava and tea! Recently opened up and has very polite staff and patrons. I was in town visiting for a friend's wedding and wound up knowing a few people there, showing how connected the kava community is. This place is so cute! Went here for the first time today and loved the chill atmosphere. Our barista, Paloma, was so friendly and kind. She was also helpful when it came to answering questions about gluten free options. I will definitely be back again soon.
