I’ve previously serviced my car at the Fyshwick branch and always had a great experience there. Unfortunately, this branch didn’t feel the same. During my recent general service, I was told my 13-month-old battery needed replacing. Since the car starts perfectly, I got a second opinion elsewhere and was told the battery is completely fine. The service itself was okay, but this made me question the accuracy of the recommendation. I hope they double-check diagnostics in future to maintain customer trust and consistency across branches.

I’ve visited this place several times for service, and I really appreciate the effort they put in—especially the owner, who is always friendly, helpful, and committed to good customer service. He truly stands out. There is still some room for improvement with the rest of the staff, particularly in terms of communication and customer care. If the team can lift their service standards to match the owner’s level, this place has the potential to be excellent. Overall, a good business with a great owner—just hoping to see the staff improve so the experience is consistently positive for everyone.

I am honestly furious. I booked in for a roadworthy assessment to register my car in ACT (previous registered interstate). 1. They replaced my FRONT LEFT tyre tyres need to be replaced in PAIRS, not 1 at a time new tyres should always go on the BACK, they had the new one on the front- yes it's more work but they should have rotated the tyres. 2. They snapped my hub cap clips and DIDN'T TELL ME I drove home and saw they'd cable tied by hub cap to me wheel without even saying anything- trying to be sneaky as if the girl with the pink car would have no idea and never notice. 3. The next morning, the tyre they replaced was FLAT I was late for my first day of a new job. I am so mad. 4. The communication both over the phone and in-person was terrible. For example they said I "didn't have a back number plate"- I am no mechanic, but I can tell you for sure- yes I do.
