Had a problem with the Transmission Control Module (TCM) just after a couple of months of buying it. I went to Mazda service center in Gunghalin twice after which they said I need to change both the TCM and the harness and gave me a quote of $6K 😟. I was not satisfied with their diagnosis so I went to Kathmandu Automotive. They were very friendly and professional and listened to my problems after which they recommended me to change just the TCM first. Changed the TCM, problem solved. Saved time, saved thousands. Also, one time, I got a dead battery and I really needed the car for work. They picked me up and went where my car was before they had even opened and jump started the car. That just shows how much they value their customers. I have been doing my all my servicing with them regularly. They have got a very experienced and lovely team providing great customer service at a very reasonable price in Fyshwick and Mitchell. They also provide Pink Slips and Roadworthy Certificate in one place which is very convenient. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!
