Kate is an exceptional real estate agent. As newcomers to the area, we really appreciated how much time she spent educating us about the area—especially her deep knowledge of local flooding concerns. Our home was a new build, and we entered the process halfway through construction. Kate guided us every step of the way and even helped us make design decisions that aligned with our style. Right before closing, some issues surfaced regarding the property’s riparian rights. Kate went above and beyond to ensure everything was properly resolved, even visiting the town’s licensing office herself to make sure the paperwork was completed in time for closing.
