Eniyan runs his own electrical company, and before engaging him, I did my homework and compared prices online from several vendors. Although his quote wasn’t comparable to the lowest prices on the internet, I don’t believe in being penny wise and pound foolish — and I’m really glad I went with him. In hindsight, it’s plausible that his higher quote already factored in everything upfront, without any hidden costs that might come later with other vendors. I learnt from this experience that it is wise to have a proper assessment first, then there would not be unpleasant surprises or shortcuts resulting in inferior workmanship. His work was excellent, the materials were of good quality, the parts he got were branded and he was meticulous down to the smallest details. He stayed longer than expected, included some additional work at no extra cost, and even added thoughtful touches — like covering an exposed wire — that I only noticed after he’d left. If you’re looking for value and workmanship you can trust, I highly recommend him. But if you’re only chasing the lowest price, the internet has plenty of options for that.

Went to great lengths to source and secure a BCA-certified electrician, Eniyan was able to remove the old HDB light fixtures and wiring, updating them with a modern range of high-end lighting fixtures in accordance with my technical measurements and design in PowerPoint slides. KAT engineering is very profession in electrical related work. Their price is very competitive and high quality work compare to market. Quick response and quick problem solver. They work long term perspective. I gave them my house for rewiring at Blk 16 Cantonment close 3 years back. Until now i never experience any electrical issue. They are friendly and honesty.
