Kash was very courteous, respectful, and professional in his demeanor. His vehicle is beautiful and very comfortable. Signing up for the ride was very easy, even for this "not too computer savvy" person. Communication was very timely; Kash got back to me even sooner than he said he would. The price he quoted was reasonable, and gratuity was included. He never asked for credit card info when booking, which I liked. We paid for the ride in cash. He arrived earlier than the agreed time, but this wasn't a problem. He said we could wait or leave whenever. We decided not to wait, and he was OK with that. When we got to our destination, he was not sure exactly where to park, so I ran into a hotel to ask them where he should drop us off. He drove just around the corner, and we were there. Kash had not previously taken passengers to Pier 5 dock for the American Cruise Line boat, so that is why he was unsure where exactly to drop us off. We didn't want to drag our luggage any further than necessary. Kash, next time you have passengers for Pier 5, the brick "sidewalk" isn't actually a sidewalk. As we were walking to the boat, another taxi drove past us right down to the boat. Again, thank you so much.
