Time for some real talk: we know that there are a lot of awesome real estate agents in Brevard County. So how do you find one that is going to be a great fit?
Here is my advice ⬇️
1️⃣ Start by asking your family & friends for referrals. It's a good idea to interview a few agents and see who you think you'll get along with best.
2️⃣ Google it! Once you have a few names to start with, read their reviews on Zillow, Facebook, Google. It's good to do a little bit of homework.
3️⃣ Scope out your agent on social media. I like to use my social media pages to show you what it's like to work with me and my team. Social media will also help you see who is a local expert in your community.
When you interview your agent, here are a few questions to ask:
➡️ How many homes have you sold in my neighborhood?
➡️ How many homes have you helped buyers find in my neighborhood?
➡️ How many homes have you sold/helped purchase at my price point?
➡️ How will you market my home? Do you use social/digital marketing?
➡️ How is the market and how will it impact home prices?
➡️ How do you like to communicate?
➡️ Will I be working with you directly or do you have a team?
