I recently moved on to a property South of town that has well and septic. Leading up to the move, I had to crash course in everything that deals with well, septic, and everything between. On the umm...back end, I couldn't wait to inspect my tank. I'm a weirdo what can I say? I've already built a few good relationships in town with companies that I'll use for the Long haul and Kardell Septic is one of them. Luke was a cool, nice, down-to-earth dude who took time out of his evening to answer all of my questions. What's more is he did it on the handshake deal that in the future when I needed pumps he was my guy. "In the future", bc instead of charging me for a pump that, even if I thought I wanted, I didn't need, he just told me that it wouldn't need it for a good bit. That's the sort of people I was trying find, and I have. God bless.

Luke was extremely easy to work with from the start to finish of our complete septic system installation and condemning our old system. Luke did a fantastic job installing our Richie waterer for the horses. He was on time, efficient, and clean. I had piece of mind that it was done right and I haven't had to worry about it since. We had no idea where our water line was or how to install the waterer. Luke was able to answer all of my million questions and help ease my mind about the process.
