Can't say enough about the service from Kar-Go! Benji was extremely knowledgeable, and honest about what needed to be repaired, replaced and what could wait a bit longer. He identified an issue with 2 calipers I wasn't aware of when I brought my car in and got them fixed after showing me the issues for approval (one was frozen, one had a stripped bolt). That's the real standout of this experience. The honesty and the time he took to show me the difference between good and bad parts, explaining what problems each part could cause, or had caused. I needed a lot of work done on my car. Wasn't a problem for Kar-Go - he was able to replace my front brakes, 4 rotors, both front control arms, repaired a tire with a nail in it, and a motor mount. Additionally, he did not pressure me into doing any repairs that were not necessary at the time. He got my car on the road in a quick and timely manner! I highly recommend Kar-Go Mobile Mechanic!

I’m sure he’s good at what he does but his system has a huge lack of communication I contacted him on 11/16 and was contacting him every day untill 11/20 and he was very unresponsive, told me that he would make it Out never did. Charged me 79 dollars for a diagnostic even though he said 69 on the phone. Didn’t mind that it’s just the fact that you’re leaving your clients hanging to dry not professional at all. Although it was raining throughout the days as a customer I need better communication because your just playing with my time

DO NOT CALL THIS GUY! First off there is no person that exists named Debbie. That's a made up person to seem professional and pass blame. Second. Dude does not answer calls or text. Acts like he is busy, but watch him take personal calls while on the job, talking about his racing hobby. Or how he found a new flavored water. Third. He was told what my schedule was, acts like he didn't understand. He finally shows up on Thursday when it was scheduled for Tuesday. Leaves half way through the job because he got the wrong part. Says he will be back in the morning. Says O'Reilly opens at 7:30am he will be here at 8am. He said it's right down the street on AZ Ave and Ray. That's 3 miles away. I said will it be done by 9:45am. I work Amazon Flex need to be at station by 10:15am. He said he had plenty of time and left. I wake up at 8:25am. No Benji. I text, fake Debbie says who is this? I reminded them my car is on jacks waiting for my axle. Said he was on the way. Benji shows up at 8:45am. He gets done at 10:05 am. I asked if I can warm up car. He looks at me crazy and say I'm still under there. He was not. He was standing putting away jack and tools. Now, I'm confused. I said you said you'd be done by 9:45am. He blamed the parts guys. I said you said you'd be here at 8am. He said he was at the parts store at 8am. It took 45 min to make a 3 mile drive? He gets frustrated and says you win. I win? What? I told him I can't make my shift now. He says give them a call and tell them you will be late. It doesn't work that way. I told him. I don't have a boss, I check in. He says so you wanna argue or should I get out of your way and finish. It really didn't matter by then, I wasn't gonna make it. He insists for me to try and if I don't make it on time, call him so we can discuss. Now he doesn't have time to talk. Really unprofessional. Why did he get mad at me. I paid him way early. I believe it was Sunday when he received payment. He finished today. Friday. I lost money not him. He made $90 an hour x4. Who gets paid $90 an hour to be late 3 days. And late again the day of. Not me. As you can see, I didn't get paid due to his unprofessionalism. He doesn't care. He gave me attitude for messing up my money. I paid him to screw me over and get an attitude over his hang over or whatever caused his laziness and bad attitude. This dude is a constant liar and 2 faced. I thought he was a decent human being. Come to find out he is just a normal money hungry mechanic who is nice because your paying him. He needs a break. He feels over worked, so let's give him that break. DO NOT CALL THIS GUY. You're the problem not his unprofessionalism. He's just an Angel trying to help you out at $90 an hour!

Benji was very nice and honest with me. Made sure to check all that was needed and fixed it completely. Even observed another issue that will need fixing in the future.

I'm so glad I reached out to Kar-go! I reached out to them on the weekend after my window stopped working. I heard back in a fair amount of time, and the work was completed within 48 hours of contact! Benji was professional, courteous, and very honest. Price was very reasonable! Would highly recommend!

When I first met Benji via YourMechanic app, I was impressed by his professionalism and calm demeanor. I hired him to look over my Ford Explorer and he diagnosed that I needed new front brake pads, motor mounts, transmission mount, and control arms. I also asked him to replace the spark plugs fix & whatever was causing my check engine light. The total was $1898.00. I paid upfront and he picked up the vehicle and then I picked it up a week later. All seemed good at first, but I noticed the front brakes still squeaked like before the next day. Then the next day after that, the check engine light came on! I reached out and he did reply at first that he would come check it out. But he never showed up on the day he said was open, and never texted or called back. The next day my car started having a front end shimmy to the right when going over 20mph and it scared the heck out of me. I let Benji know about that and he said he would check it out. But he never set up a time and I tried him 3 more times with a call, voicemail and a text over the week. Now I have an unsafe car that jerks to right after 20mph, squeaks when I apply the brakes, and has a check engine light on. I have to spend more money with another shop this week to fix my car again just to be operational. It shouldn’t be this way. It’s one thing to be busy, it’s another to blow off a patient customer that spent $1900 with you. Would not recommend.

I have no respect for mechanics. That take advantage of women. I completed a review on Bird Eye. it was so much that I ran out of characters. It took from August 4 to August 23 to get my car serviced. Not everything was completed as agreed. August 9th. I received my receipt of payment to provide my employer for reimbursement, and it was a partial receipt. I have been waiting for the receipt for my oil change and the warranty information for my battery. Benji was referred to me by an associate. Everything he did.I can do myself. However, at 54 years old, I just don't want to, and because my job reimburses it, I don't have to. No one can tell me how to spend my money. I just want you to know if you are looking for professionalism and communication and efficiency, it will not be Kar Go Automotives. Do your homework, read the reviews and look at the timeframe in which the reviews were posted.

Owener, Benji started as a great find for our car repairs. At the beginning he would have a no-show, but would always reschedule. We have spent more 3K in repairs on our 2012 Buick LaCrosse. He was kind and professional. However, on on last replacment repair of the steering and rack, the "O-ring" and hose were defective. After calling him over several days (approx 3 weeks) he finally committed to coming out to look at the car - he missed the first appointment, but came out 2 days later. He identified the defective prts and stated he would be out to repair the car on the upcoming Friday. We have not heard from him since. After many many calls and text messages to his business and personal numbers - he has yet to respond. So, he has left us with no other choice but to file a civil case. Its unfortunate because he is a small business and he does good work - but he is not reliable when comes to showing up and now he lacks the professionalism to call a good customer back who has paid for over 2,500.00 in repairs.

Benji did a great job fixing my car, and was very professional and friendly. My starter went on my car, and even though his day was already filled with jobs, he fit me into his schedule and got me driving again. His price was also incredibly reasonable. I highly recommend 👌. Thank you Benji
