Dr. Shin is the most professional and intuitive medical practitioner I've ever met. I fell and hurt my hips and leg muscles the last time it snowed in KC. While I received obviously knowledgeable treatment from Dr. Shin and his staff, he asked me about my wrists. I said they hurt a bit so he examined them. Then he held each arm by the wrist and fingers and popped my wrists with quick motions. Six hours later, at home, I was shocked to find that my wrist pain was gone. Really gone. I had full range of motion, my grip had returned and I could easily open doorknobs again. I though that wrist pain was a permanent result of age. Imagine my surprise. I lived with that pain for 12 years and thought I would die with it. I cannot recommend Dr. Shin's practice more highly. I continue to receive treatment for my hips and look forward to positive results.

I was experiencing severe hip pain for about 4 months, that couldn’t be explained through MRI or x-ray. I also have chronic neck pain and upper back muscle pain. I decided to try acupuncture for pain relief. I found Kansas acupuncture and chiropractic clinic on Google and decided to check them out. After my first 2 visits my pain was significantly better. After my 3rd visit my hip pain was almost completely gone. All of the staff are friendly and they truly care about your wellbeing. I would recommend this place to anyone who is experiencing pain. I drive 1 hour and 20 minutes to get to their clinic and it’s definitely worth the drive.
