I ordered jewellery from them few months ago after reading other reviews. The photos looked so good that I placed order to be sent to UK.. but the quality of jewellery received was very sub Standard. I m not sure if they are sending good items to some nations and bad to others. I did mention my disappointment to them but they said they sent what was in pictures.. Yes I received what was in pictures but the actual product when you touch is very low quality. The back of earrings was quite big and could easily hurt ears. The pendants arrived were much bigger than what are in pictures. I couldn't return them for refund but my money got entirely wasted. I couldn't sell them as I didn't wanted to mix the low quality jewellery on my online store which sells much higher quality jewellery. I would recommend if anyone placing order with them try to have a vedio call to see how the actual product looks or order much smaller sample. For western countries even if INR 15k as MOQ feels smaller but they should consider they might end up wasting their money. I wouldn't buy from here again and I hope the review is ready by the owners and they do something about it.

Kanhai has great customer services, I was given prompt updates for my order. They also have a wide variety of collections on their website which is often updated with new items. The ordering process was seamless and they provided fast shipping. The quality of the products were exceptional.
