Kane Home Inspection Services also does Home Inspections on pre-manufactured Homes that are built off site, transported and secured on the property.

Kane Home Inspection Services will do inspection on multi unit properties.

This consists of a full Home Inspection for the home owner to help properly assess the home prior to sale or obtain insurance. This provides the home owner with the necessary information to make the needed evaluation regarding their property.

A camera is inserted into the sewer pipe evaluating the homes line from the foundation to the street and or municipal tap in main. This evaluation looks for any obvious indications of blockages, cracking, vegetation, roots along with disconnections or sagging. Video provided in report You tube link.

Radon is an invisible gas that comes up through the home from the ground beneath. Our testing consists of 2 charcoal canisters being set for 48 hours which are then sent to the lab for analysis. Radon levels fluctuate throughout the State. Standards are set at 4 pCi/L or higher for remediation.,

We utilize our infrared camera to help us evaluate certain areas of the home including exterior doors, breaker panels, plumbing along with any areas showing indications of moisture intrusion. These photos are also included in the report for our client.

Air samples are captured on each level of the home along with an exterior control sample. This is used to help detect allergens and mold spore chains in the air. Detection of mold spore chains is indicative of mold in areas that that can’t be seen behind walls or other areas in the home.

Kane Home Inspection Services also does ancillary services such as Radon Testing, Air Quality Testing for Allergens and Mold Spore Chains along with Sewer Scope Line Evaluations.

Kane Home Inspection Services utilizes “Spectora” software services to provide our clients with an in depth, easy to read report. This report is emailed to our client. We prefer our clients to be with us at the inspection and a follow up phone call to answer questions after review of their report.

Kane Home Inspection Services will do New Home Inspections prior to moving in and with the permission of the builder prior to closing.,
