Kalifornia Hotels and Suites Orlu (Best Hotel in Orlu)

Rooms were fairly OK as the basic items expected were present. Nice setup, TV, Refrigerator, AC (and standing fan), Nice wardrobe, bedset and sofa... However, I was disappointed to see that the water heater was not effective. One has to use the electric water kettle in the room to boil water for bathing. Light is rationed, perhaps due to the high cost of fuel. I think the mgt are working towards making these changes, but they are still pending issues. Overall, it's a safe place to stay with ones loved ones or alone.

Its a quiet suburban hotel but bad plumbing and rationing of air-conditioning hours. It's a low cost hotel if you're on a budget. It's located far away from the road. It has a pool side. The nights comes alive and hookers available

Worst place I've ever stayed for ur sanity and comfortable I don't recommend! The rooms ain't good and I got rudely replied by the manager and reception when I tried to complain. Nth works in the room 🤬😡

I paid 10000naira for a single room , only for me to be given a room with no airconditioner. I called the manager to know if I could be given another room or so, and he asked me how I expected to get a room with Ac when I paid only 10000, that I was even lucky to get the room at that rate. The furniture in the room were old and outdated. It was too costly for the facilities available, i would not recommend.

Needs modernizing, cleaning, fumigation and so much more. Poor Light situation means its a bad place for work related visits. Although there is a gen, but it's not on all day. It's sad because it is in a great location in a welcoming community.

This is literally the worse hotel I’ve been to all my life .., like I was asked to wait for 5 freaking hours at an open room that was oozing of pee while they get a room ready .... is it how most of the staffs here are so rude and unprofessional. The hygiene there is a zero , like you’d be visiting the doctor’s after lodging there . Never ever coming back to this hotel again... like I’m irritated to my bones 🤢🤢

Mosquito den, could not sleep owing to mosquito attack (killed over 50 with my barehand before day break) with generator ration for only few hours. Very very poor service. Actually a no star review if there is any

👎🏽 simply put. Poor service. AC didn't work. Leaking roof, stuffy rooms, delayed service. Blatant lies repeatedly from staff. I definitely would not recommend, needs a total overhaul.

I don’t know how to put it Nice facility with extreme poor management,I mean very extreme poor management,Ntin is working inside there apart from the socket. But they will lie to you that everything is working even the least thing like shower doesn’t wrk…electricity jst poor Bt they will tell you it’s 24 hrs electricity.rooms filled wit appliances dat doesn’t wrk….

Management failure Share absence of improvements in her services. Reduced comfort in the resort. Location not very conventional of a resort.
