We’re writing this review from our new home on Great East Lake. We were so impressed with Kaitlin’s expertise throughout our home buying journey! Her deep knowledge of the New Hampshire market gave us real confidence in her recommendations and insights. She made the whole process feel seamless and straightforward, which was a huge relief for first-time lakefront homebuyers. Kaitlin was incredibly responsive and patient, answering all of our questions (no matter how small!) promptly and thoroughly. She also has a fantastic network of industry contacts, which made closing a breeze. We couldn’t recommend Kaitlin and her team more highly!

Working with Profound Real Estate, Kaitlin Whitcher and Kristin Muse, was the best decision we made when we decided to sell our house. What a complete professional team they make! From photo/video services, to expert help with staging and presentation, Kaitlin was a master! Open house events and showings were perfect opportunities for Kaitlin and Kristin to work their magic.
