The place is really peaceful. The rooms are very clean. Good place for a family/friends get together.

Stayed two nights, had a very good stay. Food was truly excellent and not expensive, prepared by Baby, the caretaker. She is a sunshine and took very good care of us. The organisation of a cab to the Ellora caves (30 minutes away) and the railway station (20 minutes away) by Aditya, the owner, was very helpful and fairly priced (close to the prices found on Uber). The surroundings are more than quiet, it’s a real blessing not to hear all the honking madness (authorities really need to tackle this issue as it’s become a public health problem by now). We could even sleep with the windows open! You get a whole two-bedroom individual house (without air conditioning, as perfectly described) to yourself. It isn’t very modern, but got all the amenities one needs, and the maintenance is alright, plus it’s clean. On the whole, this place is great value for money
