Our stay was made truly unforgettable by the warm-hearted family running the hotel. Their kindness, genuine care, and support in every situation made us feel at home from the first moment. Each morning started with a delicious breakfast lovingly prepared by the mother – the perfect start to the day. The rooms and the entire property are modern, spotless, and beautifully maintained. A rare combination of comfort, style, and heartfelt hospitality – we left with wonderful memories and the feeling of having made new friends. Highly recommended! <3

We absolutely loved our stay here - without a doubt, the best hotel of our trip across Croatia, Albania, Montenegro, and Greece (and we stayed in some 5-star hotels along the way). Everything was perfect: the breakfast is outstanding (and I’m a foodie), the property is beautifully designed and well maintained, and the beach is stunning. Plus, the Wi-Fi was excellent - we both had meetings and it was super fast. On top of it, the owners made it special - so kind, welcoming, and genuinely lovely. They made us feel completely at home. This is a place we’ll always remember, and I truly hope we can return one day. Highly recommend!

Higly recommended - you are absolutely right choosing this place for your stay. Dont hesitate - its perfect in any detail. Kaab Hotel is run by a family, whom enjoy offering this dream location with its guests. Starting at the hotel conveniences - its clean (accurately clean, with daily wet cleaning etc), apparels are all well maintained. The breakfast is for Kings - with wide variety of home-made cakes, breads, pancakes, freshest salads and fruits, eggs, as well ham and cheese platters and home-made oat flakes, chia, nuts and fruits Joghurts. This breakfast Servers you Till diner, leftovers can be taken in a provided piggy bag to your room's fridge. And the view... Your breakfast will take double the time, as you're not able multi-tasking the wide view of coastline and the joy of this incredible breakfast. At the hotel are sufficient sunbeds and umbrellas to stay whole day at the beach. The beach is Sand - which is rare along the the coastline. For refresents, there is constant fresh drinks available in the hotel bars fridge. And most important - the hosts are genuinely friendly and supportive in all questions. We arrived on a waivy day and the owner just borrowed his SUP so I could catch some gentle waves. You feel truly welcomed and sametime secluded from all big city life with acces to good restaurants in the bay or Ulcinj. Thanks for this highly exceptionel stay - it was a great pleasure.

Staying at this small, family-owned hotel in a quaint village was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of by the kind and attentive family that runs the hotel. They went above and beyond to help with everything—from recommending local spots to arranging car rentals and even driving guests to the nearest city when needed. Rooms & Views The rooms were clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed, but the real highlight was the breathtaking view. The sunsets from this location are simply out of this world, easily some of the best on the coast. Waking up to such a stunning landscape made our stay feel extra special. Breakfast & Dining Breakfast was another highlight—big, delicious, and more than enough for two people! Every morning started with fresh, homemade food, making it one of the best hotel breakfasts we've had in a while. Location & Accessibility While the peaceful village setting is part of the hotel’s charm, it does mean that you’ll need a rental car to explore the area properly. The village itself is quite small, with limited amenities nearby. This isn’t a big issue if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway, but something to consider for those wanting easy access to restaurants and shops. Beach Conditions Unfortunately, just before our visit, a storm had damaged the beach line, leaving a lot of seaweed on the shore. This was disappointing, but of course, completely out of the hotel’s control. Despite this, the overall atmosphere and hospitality more than made up for it. Final Thoughts This hotel is a hidden gem for travelers looking for a peaceful, authentic experience away from the crowds. The warm hospitality, stunning views, and delicious breakfasts make it well worth the visit. If you don’t mind renting a car for convenience, this is a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the coast. P.S. Very nice place to start your journey in Montenegro. Right on the good beach. Not so many people here! Near hotel is a restaurant with perfect fish! Breakfasts in hotel are perfect! Good service and very kind owners of hotel. I am also like interior design. Recommend you before going there buy drinks and water on the road.

Incredible small family owned boutique hotel. Friendliest people you'll ever meet. The hotel itself is beautiful, tasteful decor and the most amazing views (literally there's nothing between you and the sea!). The bedrooms are spacious, very clean and peaceful atmosphere. The comfiest bed, black out blinds (to ensure a very good night sleep!). Shout out to the breakfast! What an incredible selection of savory and sweet foods. We we're amazed every morning by delicious food and the view. Accessible nearby restaurants and beach bar (Casa Mila + Kafana Rakita) we recommend the latter for dinner! Thank you so much, you guys made our holiday!

Lovely place to spend a couple of days, best breakfast we had for a long time, the owner family is very kind and helped us to find good restaurants and tours. We would come here again at any time! 🤗

Really loved this spot! Hosts were so kind and helpful. Nice escape. You are a close drive to the bigger towns if you want that but also a perfect spot for staying put and just enjoying the best sunset view.
