K9 Empire Royal Spa

Chrissy is absolutely amazing! My pups look and smell so great! I have never used a mobile groomer before but I am so glad I tried her out. I will definitely be using her again!

Unfortunately, we did not have a positive experience with K9 grooming & Christina. She came to groom our three small dogs twice. There never seemed to be any issues. We regularly have our dogs groomed every 3-4 weeks. Communication always seemed fine, and I was overall pleased with the way she cut their fur. However, Christina literally ghosted us. After multiple attempts to get in contact with her, she refuses to respond. As a businesss owner, I would 100% expect at least a reason for not wanting to do business with us anymore. It seems highly unprofessional and immature to completely ignore a current customer. Bad business practice.

She did such a great job! Today was our second time using her for 4 mini-Aussies. We initially booked her in February, and after seeing 2/4 of our pups that day we determined that instead of every 6 months getting the dogs groomed we would do every 4 months. She is very attentive, compassionate, and can work with both working and show coats!! If I could give 100 stars I would.

For some reason with 100’s of groomers to choose from, it is so very difficult to find a fantastic one! This one is truly amazing! I read all of the reviews and thought, well I will take a shot. She’s amazing, treats the dogs with extreme care, she’s patient and kind, and does a phenomenal job. They come out smelling beautifully and looking gorgeous every time. It’s well worth the money and no dogs in my car to and from the groomer! Love love love her and highly recommend! We will continue to use her often!

Love, love, love. Chrissy is my fur baby's favorite person. She waits by the door for her when I tell her it's bath day. Chrissy stays in touch with me and works with our schedule, she does a great job and I'm so happy we found her. It's a bit of a splurge but we prefer it to the time it takes us to load Daisy up, drop her off then go back and pick her up. It's far less anxiety for Daisy as well.

So happy with Chrissy and so are our pups. Shelby and Lexi looked and smelled great. We all highly recommend K9 Empire Royal Spa.

Chrissy is the only groomer that I knew I could trust with my maltipoo Jasmine from young dog til she passed at 15 years old in 2020. Chrissy was gentle with her joints, took care not to clip/cut her warts from aging and always made Jasmine feel like she was important to her. I will forever be grateful to Chrissy and I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Chrissy has some special talent and that simply can't be duplicated. She is one of a kind when it comes to customers and dogs.

First time to ever use a mobile grooming. My dog was happy and liked it. Will definitely do this again.
