Chrissy is absolutely amazing! My pups look and smell so great! I have never used a mobile groomer before but I am so glad I tried her out. I will definitely be using her again!

Unfortunately, we did not have a positive experience with K9 grooming & Christina.
She came to groom our three small dogs twice. There never seemed to be any issues. We regularly have our dogs groomed every 3-4 weeks. Communication always seemed fine, and I was overall pleased with the way she cut their fur.
However, Christina literally ghosted us. After multiple attempts to get in contact with her, she refuses to respond. As a businesss owner, I would 100% expect at least a reason for not wanting to do business with us anymore. It seems highly unprofessional and immature to completely ignore a current customer.
Bad business practice.
