Very happy with K Wood Plumbing. They just got done running all new supply lines and shut off valves throughout my home. They were on time, kind, knowledgeable and fairly priced. It was a two day project. After the first day, everything seemed well and tested just fine. Unfortunately, around 9pm there was an issue outside, not with their new work, but with an older existing section of pipe. I turned off the main and texted them. They got back to me right away and offered to come out immediately. I told them it was okay to wait until morning. Not every job can go as perfectly planned, but how a contractor responds to issues is what matters most. The next day, they fixed that problem and finished the rest of the job by 11am. They even helped me with a sink drain, which was not part of the original quote and was somewhat complicated. They didn’t charge anything extra and I am super grateful. I am very happy with their service and would HIGHLY recommend them to other homeowners. They are definitely the “go to” plumbers for St. Augustine. Special shoutout to Chris, Corey, and Cameron. Kevin has been amazing through several calls i have made to him. From remodeling my primary bathroom and kitchen to a commercia ice maching and converting an old has wter heater to a instant water heater, great work and great prices.

We are thoroughly satisfied with the job Cory did in replacing old shutoff valves in our older home. Working on old plumbing isn't easy, but he was extremely professional and super fast. He went above and beyond sharing helpful tips and advice on maintaining our plumbing, as well as installing a new vanity and fixtures. The charges were as quoted and worth every penny. We won't hesitate to call K Wood Plumbing if needed in the future.

We had an emergency yesterday when our hot water heater flooded our garage, and K. Wood Plumbing came to the rescue within hours! They quickly assessed the situation, replaced the water heater, and had everything up and running in no time.
