Charlie did several projects for us. He started with the guest bathroom. Tiled floors and walls. Next he remastered our entire master shower. He explains everything in great detail. He cut each individual piece for the shower floor. Both bathrooms came out gorgeous. The compliments never stop coming. He's a perfectionist. The third project was tiling all floors in the house. This project brought some challenges as our concrete flooring was very uneven. I understood the limitations due to the condition of the base floor, but Charlie did a terrific job in communicating what he could do to correct the issue. End result, the job exceeded my expectations. Charlie is responsive, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and delivers quality workmanship. This is what I look for when I have people working in my home.
