K&J Towing Service

Was directed to this place through my insurance. I had a wheel bearing fail while driving which caused my tire to sit at an angle. First interaction was expected 75-105 minute wait. I call the towing company to tell them the issues that i see and what is going on. Right at hour forty minute mark I get a text saying updated time 32 min. OK cool. . . About 10 minutes before they are supposed to arive I receive a call from them towers asking for pictures. I tell them no problem and send about 5 pictures. They informed me that are going to need a tow dolly and need some different equipment, I say that's fine he tells me he is going to contact his manager and get back with me. I wait about 20 minutes in silence and send them a text asking if there is anyrhing else that they may need from me . . . no response. Wait another 15 minutes and try calling call is waiting but no answer wait 5 minutes call again. No call waiting call just ignored. I then contact my insurance company to find out what is going on at this time it is 1.75 hrs since my initial contact with the tow company. My agent informs me they see the claim and that they dropped the call saying the car wasn"t in the location. I was there with it no one ever came. Instead of having some decency and telling me they couldn't they said they needed some different equipment and left me sitting by my car for over an hour before I had to start the process all over again. I had a great experience with this tow truck company. They arrived quickly, right when they said they would, and were extremely reliable and professional throughout the entire process.
