K&J Renovation

Kevin and his team did a great job renovating our kitchen, which is a difficult task considering how old our home is. Due to the age of our home, things weren’t exactly square and level. Whenever there was an issue he and his crew were very accommodating to fix or adjust whatever was necessary. We are thrilled with our new kitchen.

K&J renovations did a wonderful job with my condo. They did a complete remodel of the home including replacing the floors, scraping the popcorn ceiling, remodeling both bathrooms and the kitchen. The kitchen remodel included removing a wall and opening the space up. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to remodel.

Kevin and his crew came to fix a crack in my living room ceiling; paint my kitchen, living room and dining room; and remodel the shower in my master bathroom. The work was exceptional, so I had them stay and paint the hall bathroom as well. Kevin and James were meticulous in the work they did. They went back over everything looking for any mistakes - there were none. The painting is remarkable! I cannot see the crack in my ceiling! Im at a loss for words on the beautiful remodel tiling job of the master bath! They were a pleasure to work with. Professional and respectful. Their prices are reasonable. Kevin and his crew are the best! Our house was flooded for the second time in two years. Recovery from Ian was a nightmare, but recovery from Milton was a different story, thanks to K&J Renovations. Kevin and his crew worked hard! They installed tile flooring throughout my house, and renovated a bathroom, as well as everything else that needed repair from a flood. Kevin and his guys all did professional job, and paid attention to detail. They took care of the little things, the little imperfections left from Ian repairs without asking. I would recommend to anyone, and will definitely use Kevin again on future projects. Thanks Kevin!

Kevin, the owner and his crew did an excellent job renovating my house. Kevin renovated 2 bathroom showers and they replace all the Tiles flooring throughout the house. He also installed a massage tub, I love the tub great job. Also Kevin did my kitchen I’m really excited with everything. highly recommend them to anyone and I will work with them again definitely.

Kevin and his crew did an awesome job with my permitted bathroom remodel. 5th floor in a 16 story condominium ,his crew preformed like it was just another day. Kevin and his team remodeled 2 bathrooms and built a 3rd bathroom on our lanai. All 3 turned out better than our wildest dreams and expectations. We will use them again if the need should arise. They are wonderful, courteous, and professional. We love them like family.
