K&J Mobile Auto/Diesel Repair

I had a wonderful experience with Ben also. What a guy!!!! Super nice, honest, knowledge, experienced in diesel repair too which is what I needed. It was Father's Day, a Sunday, and I was 2000 miles from home. My diesel sprinter van serpentine belt went and took out my crankshaft pulley seal!!! Dead in the water while on a job. I drive for a living. Ben came to me in a gas station parking lot and drove me to get parts, a couple repair tools we needed because....Mercedes, then set to work. He had troubles the first day and we didn't make much progress and yet he was willing to come back regardless of the frustrations. Fixed the van next day and then didn't want to charge me at all for the first day's efforts!!! Plus he drive an hour to even get to me. Then finally he under charged me for everything he did. I couldn't only pay him what he asked, it was wildly unfair to him so I gave what he tallied up, plus a bit. What a great guy. If you're ever stuck in the Janesville, WI or Beloit, WI area Ben should be your first call. I called 32 mechanics before finding Ben and now I'm really glad no one else would even touch my van. Sometimes things happen for a reason..... and Ben is your reading this congratulations on your first child, God bless you and your new family!!!

I had my brakes replaced at K&J and couldn’t be happier with the service. Ben was professional, honest, and got the job done quickly.
