I've been using Juujbox to store exhibition materials for my team, and the experience has been excellent. Communication is incredibly easy — the Juujbox team responds quickly, is very clear about pricing, and their service. Whenever they’ve come to pick up our packages, they’ve always been on time, and every member of their team has been well informed about the details of our packages. They’ve been a really pleasant surprise for a person like me who have to deal with logistics of packages for my team.

Juujbox made my move so much easier! I love that it’s more eco friendly than using cardboard moving boxes, and the crates are a great size & sturdy. 20 was great for my 1 bedroom. They dropped off and picked up boxes, and even gave me a couple extra days with the boxes to unpack at no charge which was so helpful. They are super responsive via email, and very kind. I loved that they also dropped off a tote bag with the boxes, and inside of it there were labels, a sharpie, zip ties to mark boxes for donation (that they take to goodwill for you!). And little cards with a playlist QR code! Awesome experience from start to finish. I hate moving but this made me hate it less, would definitely use their services again and have recommended them to my friends. 10/10!!

Juujbox made the packing process so easy! They delivered the boxes, picked them up, and took away several boxes filled with donation items that I had too. Brandon did the dropping off/picking up and he was prompt, communicative, and professional. The Juujbox team was also really responsive via phone and made extending my reservation super easy. They also had nice touches to their services - including box labels and a marker, and services to take away donations or items for storage. Would 100% use again for subsequent moves.

I’m a professional organizer and we recently used Juujbox to help a client move locally. Our client was looking for a way to make her move more eco-friendly and loved the fact that she didn’t just have to toss the cardboard boxes after her move. Juujbox was super communicative and delivered the storage bins straight to the client on time. Our team saved so much time not having to construct all the boxes or worry if her items would be safe from damage. Their bins are CLEAN, sturdy and big enough to fit most things from the house. Once we were done unpacking the client, they came back and picked up the bins. The process was super easy from start to finish. Can’t wait to do it again for the next local move!

Juujbox is awesome! As an out of state parent it so convenient having Juujbox drop off storage bins for my daughter to fill up then they pick them up to store for the summer. It is fantastic that they take other oversize items too. They even dropped off a bag for the mattress topper. They always manage to get the boxes where they need to be delivered to unpack and when. This year I waited late to contact them for drop off but they were able to accomplish it quickly within a day! We have used their services more than once and will continue to use them as well as recommend them to everyone!

Moving sucks, but renting the JUUJ Box bins made it so much easier! They are so much better than moving boxes/mismatched cardboard boxes for so many reason. Better for the environment, they stack together seamlessly, the handles don’t rip out on you, no more taping up boxes, and you don’t have to spend weeks slowly throwing the cardboard boxes in the recycling bin. JUUJ dropped the boxes off at our house for the start of the move and pick them up from our new house and are so friendly, accommodating and helpful. I can not recommend this business enough for your next move and have already been telling all of my friends about them.

We needed our boxes delivered last minute and I asked on the day of moving to have them moved (usually though book your time 2 days in advance). The owner went out of his way to find our boxes and deliver them. They are great at communication and their service is quick and reliable.

Juujbox is amazing! They made an out of state college move out so easy. We were able to pack everything up and leave it for the summer. And move in was even easier. They drop everything at your doorstep! A very pleasant experience during a stressful time!

Juujbox is amazing! The concept of being able to rent boxes is genius. I saved so much money on purchasing boxes, making & taping boxes. Not to mention the hassle of figuring out how to dispose of all of them. I also saved money with the movers because of the ease of being able to carry and load the boxes into the truck. The boxes are strong and sturdy. We didn't need to use as much paper to wrap everything. And not once did I worry that my stuff was going to get crushed, like I would have with cardboard boxes. Juujbox customer service has been extremely easy to communicate with. I never wondered what was going on. Delivery was super easy! Moving sucks. But, I can't say enough positive things about using Juujbox. Win for the wallet. Win for the environment. Win for my peace of mind. 10 out of 10 - recommend.
