Just Towing LLC

My first experience with Kimeko Was an excellent one! My son started a new job and drove to work 45 minutes one way and his car broke down. I had to get it towed back home, which was a 38 mile drive. I was so lucky to have called Just Towing! He was actually in the area, went and picked up my son’s vehicle, brought it back and even diagnosed the problem with no extra charge or fee! He was very professional with a calm and very pleasant personality and I felt assured that he was going to take care of the problem for me. It’s hard in this day and age to find someone that goes the extra mile and takes the extra step to help their customer! He is now my “go to“ person whenever I need something towed! I will be referring him to everyone I know! And on top of all that, his prices are much more competitive and actually lower than the competitions! Just Towing is a win-win situation all the way around!

A couple of weeks my daughter's vehicle just cut off, on her way home from work. The best we could do is get it pushed out of the road. We initially thought it was the battery. After trying to jump the car, without success, we knew we would have to have the car towed. By that time, it was way after business hours. I began googling 24 hour tow shops near us. After not getting answers with 2 of the numbers I called, I saw Just Towing. They said they would have someone to pick it up within the hour. They were friendly and I had peace with leaving my vehicle there. Once our vehicle arrived, the driver advised that he had noticed an oil spill. He was patient and took the time to show us exactly where it was coming from. He explained that he had also previously worked on cars and what he thought the issue might be. After speaking to my mechanic, turns out his evaluation was correct. I am grateful for the personable experience I received from this company. I hope to never need them, but they will be first on my list going forward!!
