What a great facility and team! From the moment you walk in the staff makes it all about making your kids feel seen and excited! Comfortable waiting room with movies for the kids, very clean and neat. This was my son’s first dentist visit and he expressed to me that he was nervous, but the team at Just Kids made him feel very comfortable! Dr. Jonathan Chang and his dental hygienist did amazing work talking through the services they will be doing. He listened to my questions and concerns as he addressed and reassured me everything was great! Best part of all NO CAVITIES!!!! Thank you Just Kids Pediatric Dentistry! Will definitely refer all my family and friends to your facilities!!

Amazing first visit! Felt so at home immediately & was such an efficient experience for our 3 young kids! Dr. Tan was thorough, engaged & made our kids feel so seen. We left inspired to continue to care well for our kids dental hygiene. All the details were so appreciated (group picture, new shirts, prize machines, balloons to name a few! )

Going to the dentist or orthodontist is not usually a good experience, but in this place my children are happy to go. Staff members are very kind and doctors are skilled and friendly with the patients, which is very important when treating kids. I like that it’s always neat and clean, they keep my schedule, send text messages and call to remind me about my appointments, and they have always been very helpful explaining all the treatments and pricing, and the insurance coverage and everything. We use both dentist and orthodontics services. I don’t know why other parents would complain about the usage of tv while kids being attended, because I can tell is very useful. There’s nothing negative I could say about this dentistry place. Highly recommended. Oh, it’s kind of obvious for the name, but no, they don’t take adult patients. I wish they did.

We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Pooja Rattan at Just Kids Dentistry! She is incredibly kind, patient, and gentle with children. My kid felt completely comfortable throughout the treatment — Dr. Pooja explained every step in a calm and caring way, which made the whole dental visit stress-free for both of us. The staff is friendly, the clinic is very clean, and the overall environment is perfect for kids. Highly recommend Dr. Pooja Rattan for any parent looking for a trustworthy and caring pediatric dentist! 🦷💖 Dr Rattan took the time to explain every step of the procedure, including the options and after-care instructions. Her calm and caring approach helped my child feel relaxed and confident throughout the visit. The entire team at Just Kids Dentistry is warm, organized, and attentive. The clinic is clean, child-friendly, and well-equipped, making dental visits smooth and positive. I truly appreciate Dr. Pooja Rattan’s dedication, attention to detail, and holistic approach to pediatric dental care. I highly recommend her to any parent seeking a trustworthy, skilled, and compassionate dentist for their child.

I'm so grateful that someone told me about this pediatric dentist; they are amazing and respect your requests. My kids are so excited when we tell them it's time to go to the dentist. They wish they could go more than twice a year. My kids' ages range from 1 to 3. I highly recommend them. They are the only pediatric dentist I know of who doesn’t use drills to clean teeth when they are so young.

Having been with Just Kids for 3 years, I won't recommend them and I decided to move to other dentist. They focus on entertaining the kids rather than get actual work done. I noticed the cleaning is always in a hurry and done very quickly comparing the other service provider. Also they don't check the insurance policy carefully and provide misleading information which cause a lot of out pocket money from me, which can be totally avoid. I would suggest parents who really care about their kids dental health stay away from this business.

I brought both of my kids here for their dental cleaning. My younger one has mild allergic asthma and had a slight cough that day. The front desk refused to let him get his teeth cleaned, even after we offered to provide a doctor’s note confirming that his cough was not contagious. We understood and respected their decision. However, what was really disappointing is that they also refused to let my older son (who was completely healthy) get his cleaning done — just because we have “a sick kid” at home. Asthma is not contagious, and there was no reason to cancel both appointments. It was not easy for us to schedule both kids together and pick them up from different places, only to be turned away at the last minute. The staff showed no understanding or respect for our time and situation. At the very least, they should have completed the cleaning for my healthy child. Very disappointing experience.

My new favorite kid dentist. Took my son here for his first ever dentist visit and it was a great experience. He’s 1 so of course he has no idea what’s going on, but they gave him a shirt and a prize at the end and they even took a picture of us at the end and put it on a magnet to take home, so cute. I love the staff here, they ask great questions, very tentative and make you feel like you’re not a new patient but your family. We will see you all again in 6 months for his next cleaning! Highly recommend them for a kid dentist!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Andrew at reception was absolutely unhelpful and unwilling to accommodate when I needed to reschedule because my son was sick. I asked for a simple adjustment to a time after school, and he flat-out refused to show any flexibility. For the outrageous amount of money patients pay for orthodontic treatment, you would think basic courtesy and understanding would be a given—but not here. The orthodontic side of this practice does little, if anything, to support their patients. They are not friendly, not accommodating, and clearly don’t value families’ time or circumstances. To make matters worse, after Andrew’s dismissive attitude, the office manager later called me and—surprise, surprise—was somehow able to find a time to squeeze us in. So it was possible all along. SHOCKING. This experience was frustrating, stressful, and left a really bad taste in my mouth. If you’re considering an orthodontist in this area, think twice before wasting your time and money here.
