Wowzers.....this customers #septictank wasn't draining out properly, they hired us to investigate the cause of the issue. We dig up this distribution box (D-box) & found that roots completely took over the entire box. Nothing was able to pass by those roots, they broke their way in, grew & caused a real problem for the #septicsystem .
After pulling roots we found it was too late to salvage the D-box, only solution was to replace the D-box & part of the transfer pipes running to/from the D-box to get flow back to the system.
A great reminder the importance for annual septic system check-ups which includes #septictankpumping, #video inspection & sometimes hydrojetting the #leachfield to keep pipes clean, flowing & root/obstruction free.
💡 Remember 💡 any company can pump a septic tank BUT in the State of CA for septic repairs they must hold a valid contractors license in plumbing (C36) , septic (C42) or general contracting (A class).
