I had a disappointing experience at this dental clinic. My 5-year-old son was scheduled for a pulpectomy and permanent filling. He was cooperative during the appointment, but the doctor only cleaned the tooth and did an X-ray. The pulpectomy was not performed, and instead, they placed a temporary filling and asked us to return after two days.
The entire procedure was completed in about 20 minutes, and we were prescribed antibiotics for three days. When I asked for clarification, the doctor briefly mentioned that the antibiotics were to prevent infection, but no proper explanation was provided. There was no follow-up guidance, and the doctor appeared busy on the phone during the visit.
We were charged over 2,500 for this short procedure, which felt expensive considering the limited treatment provided. I did not feel there was enough dedication toward patient care, especially for a young child.
Later, we consulted a pedodontist at another clinic, where the procedure was properly completed over four days with clear communication and better care.
Based on our experience, I would not recommend this clinic, particularly for children. It may also feel expensive for adults.
