Just A Closet Self Storage

I've been at this facility for about 3 months now. The staff here is excellent in that they go out of their way to accommodate their tenants. The facility is always clean and cool as well as the bathrooms. The only drawback is that area has poor internet reception. As the area continues to grow and improve, I'm sure that will also get better over time.

I had an amazing experience. Kaye greeted me with such professionalism yet so sweet and personal. She found me a space that fit my needs in no time and at best price. Great experience with this storage facility! It’s always spotless and well maintained and feels very secure. Kay and Javi are consistently kind, professional, and so helpful anytime I need anything. Their customer service really stands out. Highly recommend!

Moving into Cibolo and needing a storage for all my seasonal needs. Started an inquiry online and right away got a call from Kaye to offer her assistance with me signing up. Showed up in person and was met with Kaye and Astrid who gave me a full tour and assisted me with signing up with the appropriate unit size, and location to fulfill all my needs. These two ladies were amazing with providing all essential information, and answering all my questions

Miss Kayla was very professional and helpful on both occasions for a tour of unit sizes and signing up for a unit. She is definitely a people person was very kind in answering my many questions.
