Just A Closet Self Storage

I've been at this facility for about 3 months now. The staff here is excellent in that they go out of their way to accommodate their tenants. The facility is always clean and cool as well as the bathrooms. The only drawback is that area has poor internet reception. As the area continues to grow and improve, I'm sure that will also get better over time.

I have been renting a unit for about almost two months and am very pleased with the unit and the ease of setting everything up. They even have dollies to use and covered unloading/loading entrances. I needed help in a pinch for my move and Kaye was very helpful in providing me temporary 24 hour access as well

I had such a wonderful experience with Just A Closet Self Storage! From start to finish, their customer service has been absolutely exceptional. The team Michael and Kayla truly went above and beyond to help. The place is super clean, safe, and easy to get in and out of, which I really appreciate. Called a couple of places and the prices were out of my budget, but remembered seeing Just a closet self storage while driving down 1103 passing the high school. I went over there and was greeted by Kaye, Micheal and Kayla. They were very informative and really nice to me and my mom. They have a move in special and the price after that is way within my budget! It is super clean there and even have a rolling carts and dollies that you can use for free!

Ashley, Michael and Kaye were exceptional! They greeted me promptly over the phone and got me into two climate‑controlled units. They ensured the units were next to each other for easy access. They answered every question I had about sizing and costs. The entire setup took less than half an hour. Multiple deals were applied, saving me money. I left the call feeling confident my belongings are in good hands!

Loved loved loved! 10/10 experience the staff was so nice and the facility was so beautiful and clean! I was in the middle of a move from one city to another and I was able to get a climate controlled unit same morning no notice needed without any hassle or issues. The renting process was SEAMLESS and the price was even better. I absolutely recommend!

Honestly I’m very glad a neighboring business was closed the day I decided to go look at units because wow. I was greeted with a warm welcome (Kaye) and offered some water while taking a walk to see the units. Throughout the entire walk Kaye kept updating me on the prices plus discounts on each unit we looked at and that was very helpful in my decision, she just kept good energy and very positive in her mannerisms. After the walk and deciding on a unit, she made the paper work process smooth and easy all while maintaining good conversation which made me feel well comfortable with who I am doing business with. Even more confident in them that they allowed me to move my items in before my move-in date and how very well the building is easy to follow. Love that! After a week of looking at units and pricing, Just A Closet Self Storage is the way to go, very happy with them and Kaye for making this what has been going on for a week, handled in one day. I’ve been storing my belongings here for a few months and I sleep well at night knowing that they are in a place that I truly trust. The facility is always clean and easily accessible. I have not had any issues and Kaye the property manager is Top Tier! She takes care of you like your family and it helps ease my mind knowing my belongings are under her surveillance.
