I've been a customer of Jupiter Dive Center for 4 years, and I can say without a doubt that they are the benchmark against which all other dive shops should be measured. This dive shop was absolutely fantastic! Firstly, they do guided dives of the reefs just of of Jupiter Beach, FL and the dives were wonderful! There were several different species of sharks, giant sea loggerhead sea turtles, goliath grouper, rays, and so much more! The dive sites alone make this shop worth it. Additionally, the crew offers a variety of snacks (cookies, crackers, fruits, and candies) and drinks (waters and sodas) between the two dives. This makes the surface interval time between the dives really nice! Lastly, the workers were so experienced, warm, and passionate about their job. They made the dive and the time on the boat both safe and fun! I highly recommend diving with this shop!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an awesome experience with JDC. Everyone there is friendly, helpful, and clearly loves what they do. The shop is well run, the gear is in great shape, and everything felt easy and well organized from start to finish. I took a class with Ham, and it was honestly the best class I’ve taken. He’s patient, explains things clearly, and makes you feel comfortable and confident in the water. You can tell he really cares about his students and about doing things the right way. Huge shout-out to the boat crew as well — DM Jenny and deckhand Pete were fantastic. Super professional, attentive, and just great to be around. They made the whole day on the boat smooth, safe, and fun. The dives were fantastic, and the crew really knows the local sites. If you’re diving in Jupiter, I’d 100% recommend Jupiter Dive Center. I’ll definitely be back.

A very well organized operation, with great well trained polite and professional staff. The boats are well maintained and clean with everything you would expect on a professional dive boat O2, AED, first aid, weights, water, soft drinks ,snacks, dry storage area, and clean restroom. Great overall value with an abundance of dive sites. They also have a great full service dive shop just a few minutes from the boat dock, I call ordered an item and they brought it to the dock the next morning to meet me.

Terrible customer service. The lady at the counter, I think her name was Syriah, was extremely rude to my group. It was somehow a lower price to rent a mask, snorkel, and fins, than to rent just a mask and snorkel? (More than $30 per person for just the mask and snorkel, as well as the mask, snorkel, and fins package.) After we asked her about the prices, since she was being very confusing, the woman at the counter went to the back of the store to speak with another worker, presumably an owner or manager. They both badmouthed us very loudly, to the point where we literally had to leave the store as to not tolerate the sheer disrespect. Horrible service and prices, not worth it when you’re just trying to have a fun beach day and support a local business.

Great operation and staff. Did two 2-tank dives with them - everything was really well run and fun! From check in to getting divers back on the boat they have a great system going. The staff onboard was friendly and knowledgeable. The boat was well kept & clean. Looking forward to diving with them again the next time I’m in Florida.

Me and my buddies did several dives this weekend with Jupiter Dive center, and they did not disappoint. We had a blast. All the crew members were very nice and organized. Everything went very smooth. We will definitely be back.

Highly expert staff & crew. Adam completed an emergency repair to my regulator yesterday, having all the necessary tools & parts on hand. Highly professional & knowledgeable. Hooyah Deep Sea!

Dove the Republic VII today. Great dives, great crew and captain! Left the boat and went to the shop to purchase some stuff and visit Sam. Met Syriah for the first time. She was incredibly pleasant and helpful. Looking forward to the next trip!

This is the most frustrating dive shop I’ve ever encountered. At least they’re consistently frustrating. Although they are less than 2 miles from my house, I’ll gladly drive to Neptune’s Scuba on Northlake or Stuart Scuba to be treated reasonably. Yes, I’ve spent hundreds of dollars in this store, and they still treat me this way.
