April 27th we hop in a van and then a water taxi to Atlantis Puerto Galera.
Atlantis Puerto Galera is beautifully built into the hills of Sabang Beach, minutes away from over forty dive spots! Our dedicated waterfront dive resort incorporates 40 rooms with exquisite vegetation, and all amenities to create a dive vacation of a lifetime!
Offering up to 5 guided boat dives per day, all located up to 10 minutes by boat from the resort, you can experience the incredible biodiversity of Puerto Galera, a designated UNESCO ‘Man and Biosphere Reserve’ since 1973, home to some of the most diverse coral reef diving in the Coral Triangle
After 6 nights we head to the airport we board a domestic flight to Atlantis Dumaguete.
While better known as Atlantis Dumaguete, we are actually a part of the municipality of Dauin (pronounced Da-win), the epicenter of Dumaguete’s dive scene.
With its black volcanic sand, Dauin is known as the Frogfish capital of the Philippines, and a unique destination for critter diving. Atlantis Dumaguete is located minutes away from over 20 local dive spots, most of which are marine protected areas, and offers day trips to the nearby Apo Island, Siquijor and snorkeling with the Whale Sharks in Oslob.
