While his team did arrive a little later than scheduled, which caused a bit of a delay for me, what really made the difference was how Carter handled the situation. When I called, he was genuinely empathetic and took full ownership of the issue. He made every effort to make things right and ensure I was satisfied. That kind of responsiveness and care is hard to find, and it’s the reason I’ll gladly continue doing business with JunkOff in the future.
