Junk Removal Heroes

I flew in from Oregon to help my daughter in a medical event and eviction. We had a week to plan, pack, hire a mover, get a new place, and clean out seven years of stuff. I hired Jay and Chris and his team for the final phase: junk removal. They hauled away 3 1/2 loads. They worked with my timeline. Competent. Trustworthy. Professional. They added no stress, just support and cooperation. AND Chris and Pete even got a semi-feral cat into a carrier for last minute transport. Thank you, Junk Heroes! I wish I could have left a bigger tip but please accept my sincere thanks and a well earned review.

Talked to Jay on the phone and was very professional. I called initially to get a quote and was scheduled to come out same day after making the appointment in the afternoon. I ended up not using their service, as someone else ended up coming earlier, but I'd recommend their services to anyone and their prices was very reasonable.

My USMC vet dad has dementia/is in memory care & had to move rooms- I had only 2 days notice. He couldn’t take his king bed. With Junk Heroes Communication was constant, professional and courteous. Price was reasonable. Within 48 hours, my dad’s items were gone from my yard which I appreciate (and probably my neighbors too).

Our family has used Junk Removal Heros a couple times to help us get rid of some furniture. They are always very nice, show up right when they say they are, and take care to not cause damage when moving around large heavy furniture. They are a great crew that never disappoints.

I contacted Junk Removal Heroes after we filled up our yard waste trash can and our neighbor’s trash can. After I missed numerous calls to confirm our first appointment, Junk Removal Heroes was able to reschedule for the same week. Chris was great about confirming the appointment and giving me an ETA and even sent a picture so that I knew who to expect. The job was done quickly. The price was very reasonable. Most importantly, that was once less thing my husband had to do on his day off. It was worth the money. I will definitely hire Junk Removal Heroes in the future.
