Tried Jun Bistro with friends and it’s a great spot for anyone who enjoys bold, spicy Hunan cuisine. The menu has a lot of variety, including unique dishes you don’t commonly see, like Chinese donut with liver pâté, stinky tofu, and a Chinese-style taco with eggplant (a great vegetarian option).
My favorite dish was the mushroom truffle rice — they use shiitake mushrooms and give a very generous portion. The flavor was rich and satisfying, especially if you love mushrooms.
The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, with decor that gives a nice greenery-inspired feel. Overall, a great place to go with friends, especially if you enjoy spicy food and trying something a little different.
