Had a wonderful experience with this company. Our other bounce house company cancelled on us last minute the day before my daughter’s party. I called them and the said they could absolutely come, and it’s okay if it rained. The crew was helpful and quick! We will definitely book them again.

Jumpin Joeys has always been a great party addition to my kids birthdays every year! Joey and his team have great communication and always on time. Everything is always clean and ready to go!

Love these guys we have used them the last 3 years! Our tradition will continue. Can’t say enough good things. Communication, delivery and pickup are always wonderful. Looking forward already to next year!

100000/10 if I had to rate them. I had a screw up on my end and THEY fixed it without missing a beat! Amazing communication! Like every step of the way communication, it was great! Every person i came in contact with was absolutely amazing. All around great experience. I will definitely be using them again and they are at the top of my list for recommendations

I reserved a huge, double slide bouncy house for my daughter’s birthday over the phone and it turned out great. It was a hit with the kids! Delivery and pick up was seamless and the staff was nice and professional. I will definitely order from here again!

Update 8/17/2024 I spoke with them after my not so stellar experience and they were very apologetic and explained that they were unexpectedly short staffed. We spoke and planned for another event this weekend. They called me to set up the night before and they came to set out in a huge storm. Hopefully we’ll be able to use it tomorrow but regardless the fact that they even came out in the terrible weather is appreciated! My experience was honestly just terrible. I booked my daughter’s party rental (for July) on April 2nd to ensure I gave ample notice for the one we wanted. I got confirmation that same day and offered to pay a deposit, but whoever I spoke with said I could just pay at drop off. Fast forward to the party date and I texted the morning of to confirm because I hadn’t heard anything. I got a text back at 10:30AM saying they would be to my house in approximately 30 minutes. 30 minutes later, I got another text saying he was being rerouted (to set up another party first) and wouldn’t be there for another hour. We responded back because our party was set to start at noon - which I had told them back in April. I got a response back saying “what time does the party start?” And I responded with “noon.” They then called me and explained that they would be there by noon, maybe a few minutes after and they were sorry and would hurry. Then I got a text at 12:15PM saying that they were sorry for the delay, but they were on their way and their GPS said 40 minutes. So they arrived at my party at 1PM (party started at noon) and by the time it was set up and ready to play on, it was almost 2PM. I paid full price, by the way. THEN! I’m told that we can keep it until the next day due to the inconvenience of the whole thing. He told my husband that they would be back around 6PM the following day. So of course I told my children they could play on it the next day. But then at 9am I get a text message saying that they’re coming to get the bounce house and they’ll be here in 40 minutes. Basically would recommend booking with anyone but them.

The best party rental service I have ever booked through. Always on time, great people and awesome service. They do all day rentals and their products a new and really clean upon drop. I will always recommend going through them for your party needs and inflatables.
