My car completely stopped in this cold weather and when I called, Martez was very kind and was on the spot very quickly. Very great service and will definitely be recommending to friends and family! Pricing was also very reasonable.

The guy was so professional and courteous a job well done definitely would recommend him and or use him as well 🙏

As promised, here is my review, but first, I need to address something else. Don’t worry, it still falls into the category of review. Out of nearly 47 reviewers, dating back to over 2 years ago, this company has had interactions with many people who have given the company 5 stars. However, there’s always that one person( maybe a few more 🤣), that you just can’t appease. They blamed this company for nothing in his control, and based their review during a period of frustration, which is truly unprofessional of them. They tried to make it appear as if his prices were unfair, but is probably unaware of the average going rate for a tow. It’s not a matter of distance with this driver as with so many other tow truck drivers. I called, described the condition of my car, told him where I was at, and he gave me a quote that was agreeable and I didn’t try to reason with him regarding the amount because from the previous quotes I received, this was a top of the line quote. I was literally at a tow yard that had just extorted me for 751.99, and I really didn’t have a spare 1,000( who on average really has a spare 1,000 laying around 🤔) to give, but I had to get my car out of that place because $50.00 a day is nuts! So, when I was quoted 175.00, after having to Lyft there, I was let’s go! Here’s something else, Tez, as he suggested I call him, was about to eat when I called and he said, “I can be there in 15 minutes” and I was Yo, get me up out of here! I couldn’t stand being inside of that place that just robbed me any longer. When his truck arrived, it like I was at sea sinking and a life buoy was thrown my way. Here’s some pointers on even more professionalism. My car’s rear wheel is damaged and it has a custom wrap on it, and Mr. Tez was careful as he hooked the car to his truck. The price he quoted me didn’t have any mileage added as additional monies, it was flat out the amount stated. Where the vehicle was headed was less than 6.5 miles away and some of the quotes were trying to charge 5.00 or more dollars per mile, not to mention damn near 200 plus to hook the car up. On the way to the drop off location, we engaged in conversation, and this guy is truly professional and intellectual. We discussed many things, and the conversation was an enlightened one. At the drop off, he realized that the bent wheel was going to be a problem so, he used a process called “walking the truck” which was amazing by the way. My car’s rear wheel is low to the ground, and as I stated before, I have a custom wrap on the car, and none of that was even touch by the trucks travel or when it was dropped off. Good Stuff!!!! One last thing before I drop the mic. He even saved me a cost by way of Lyft and dropped me off in front of my house because I was toting a grocery cart with items I needed to bring home from the car. He dropped me off and I slid him 10.00 because he was cool like that. He didn’t have to go all out like that. So, this review is 5 stars with an exponent or 2 behind it. All of my math heads, calculate that. Good stuff Mr. Tez. I hope I never need a tow again, but if I do, my first choice will always be JumpStart towing! Boom! Mic Drop!!!!!!

Would give negative stars if possible. Wheel came off 2 broken studs and 5 missing lug nuts. Quoted 30 minutes and $220 ish for a 15 minute tow. Waited over an hour called again with no answer and finally decided to makeshift put my wheel back on and hobble home. Now it’s 3 hours after initial contact and I still haven’t heard from anyone. Very unprofessional would not recommend.

I highly recommend Jump Start Towing, for a number of reasons! When I needed a tow, and it couldn’t have been at worse time. Jump Start Towing came to my rescue (literally)! I was driving our F150 extended cab pickup truck North to my nieces wedding, and traveling with my girlfriend and our 5 week old baby. Our vehicle had catastrophic failure, and was no longer operational. Leaving us on the side of the highway with vehicles speeding by at 75 miles an hour, and not moving over to give us a lane cushion. I looked up tow truck companies and came across Jump Start towing, I gave them a call. The driver informed me he was unloading a vehicle at the moment, however he would come directly to us afterwards. He gave a ballpark time of roughly 40 minutes once he was on his way to us. I received a text message, that was a screenshot of the gps he was using to locate us. It showed that he was I. Route and arrived promptly within the 40 minutes. He had our vehicle loaded up with a sense of urgency, he made sure that we felt very safe, secure while he transported us, and our vehicle back to our home. To say that the driver went above beyond, providing the highest level of customer service possible would be a very accurate statement! I would definitely recommend Jump Start towing, Five stars out of five! Wonderful experience, and extremely grateful for their service!
