Be very careful with this fence contractor. Although the initial price and completion time will be pretty good, he will upcharge or "misunderstand" the initial parameters, so as to increase the costs. Corners are cut if not specifically mentioned, such as using concrete vs. deep digging for posts. Tools used are very basic (hammer and nails vs. real nailing guns), which increase time and decrease quality of the build. He built us a large (500+ Lnft) wood fence, and at every turn, we had to pay very close attention to get a decent job done. Promised time to completion was 3 days, it took 3 weeks. Overall I would pick a more professional, well-equipped team next time.
