Yes, we typically see the most seasonal pull back in Real Estate from December to about the third week of January… which means anyone who has their home listed RIGHT NOW will likely be the MOST WILLING to negotiate a deal.
Some assume this may mean something is wrong with the property when in reality they family may have a job relocation, or divorce, or something causing them to “have to sell.”
