Terrible customer service !!!! I have used these juicEbitz cables over the past few years and was using my 3rd cable as the other two had failed before reaching 2.5 years old. The final one could have caused a fire in my family home. I contacted the company only to be insulted and told I was using this cable incorrectly and this is why it has occurred. This cable is still as new, owing to how fastidious I am as a person at taking care of my possessions. I enclose the company reply for full disclosure. In the past when I have contacted them through EBay and it was always my fault. The previous cables failed at the same end ,the outer cover would come away from the connector where you put the cable into the phone charge point. I am a domestic appliance engineer, so I completely aware of how this could have gone on fire also the fact I used it on a wooden bedside drawer unit. It is the customers responsibility to regularly check cables and adapters for wear and tear. These are commodity items and should be checked at regular intervals. The issue you have developed here is from continually puling on the cable wire to remove and not gripping from the connector, this is the only reason why this has happened. Don't do that, and remove them properly and as printed on all our packaging - the same as hundreds of other brands also stipulate on theirs, and this will not happen to you. If a cable develops a fault, gets damaged or has outlived is lifespan, then it should not be used to the point of total failure as this alone is a risk and should be disposed of recycled if possible as soon as you notice it; whereby regular inspection will pick up on this. This is also stipulated very clearly within our terms and conditions of sale.

Ordered a cable to transfer photos from IPad to computer on receipt it was the incorrect IPad fitting. Contacted the company who determined which IPad i had and sent a replacement cable by return of post. Service was excellent and would highly recommend this company for any item with prices very reasonable.

I wouldn't go anywhere else for cables. Chargers, hdmi, audio, all my cables are from here now. They only supply the highest quality stuff and at very reasonable prices. Any questions I've ever had get answered promptly, accurately and because they're a relatively small company the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Always the personal touch 😁

Don't touch with a bargepole, Customer services Kelly arrogant and insulting. They supplied wrong cable and then proceeded to argue the toss about it.

5 star service & 5 star products every time I've ordered something. Cannot fault them in any way.

Avoid this company. Poor quality products and very bad customer service. They sell their chargers with 3 years warranty and then try to accuse you of damaging it when you go to make a claim.

Best cables around! Only competition prob ltt, but they cost the earth. Always will buy these cables, i work in events, had for many years, high watage constant use, no prob. Stopping in pub down the road over bank Holiday, gutted their closed ha. Wish I could thank them in person.
