This is the first time that I have used JTB for a self-drive trip to Aomori and Iwate. It was a very good experience, all thanks to the effort of a very professional and knowledgeable Stanley. The trip went very smoothly and we really enjoyed what Aomori and Iwate had to offer. It was good that he had been to that region himself and hence was able to give very good recommendations for sightseeing. The hotels that he chose for us was also very good. We had fun.

Very good experience with them! I was kiasu and reached out early to them 6 months before my trip. They are very patient and helpful. I wanted to get USJ passed and express passes and they helped me to monitor the sales of these. Special shoutout to Jeri who is the best. Thank you so much for assisting me and will definitely recommend to use them if you are planning a trip to Japan or USJ!

First time travel to Japan. Starts with our planned itinerary and MayC's recommendation with JR Hokkaido Rail Pass. Followed by more inquiries and clear explanations from Delia. Finally, purchase of JR Hokkaido Rail Pass from Jeri who provided even more information in addition to the JR Pass. Their information helps us with the train and bus ride, using JR Pass, Suica card and/or cash. Train rides with seat reservation is also a breeze. Vacation starts from Tokyo, followed by Hokkaido. Travelled by JR Hokkaido Rail from Hakodate to Toya, to Noboribetsu, to Sapporo, to Wakkanai, to Asahikawa, to Biei, ... We will definitely recommend anyone to liaise with any of these three ladies, MayC, Delia and Jeri 👍👍 Cheers 🌸🌸

Am thankful to have Delia assist with my purchase for my JR Pass via JTB's Whatsapp service. Traditionally used to head down to their Orchard office for my JR pass purchases, but this time i had the chance to do it from the comfort of my own home through Whatsapp. Delia was prompt and helpful with her assistance and service. Highly recommend. :)

Aoimori and Iwata are wonderful places to visit, especially during autumn when we went. The journey is so scenic, everywhere we stopped the photos turned out wonderful. It is slightly off the beaten path so you get to experience a different side of Japan. The location is not crowded, but do take note of transportion options. If possible, we highly recommend self drive. Special mention to the farmstay experience we had, the hosts were very friendly and cute, and they tried to work thruogh our language barriers. We even learnt how to make apple jam! JTB's Stanley was really helpful with all of our planning requirements, we would definitely go back to them for help again.

First time travelling to Japan with 3 kids under 5 and we consulted JTB on a family friendly free and easy itinerary outside of Tokyo. Stanley gave really great suggestions - the hotels booked were of fantastic locations and size, while within budgets. He also proposed transport options which were convenient and also affordable for us. Everything went smoothly and we really enjoyed ourselves. The itinerary was very well planned. Unazuki Onsen in particular was very beautiful in the snow. We needed some help with luggage forwarding and he even communicated this on our behalf to the hotel (he speaks fluent Japanese!) when we were on our trip. Thanks Stanley

I must say, this has been our best trip to Japan so far, everything went incredibly smoothly, all thanks to Stanley's meticulous planning. The hotels he arranged were excellent, with fantastic locations just steps away from great eateries and very close to the train stations, which made things so convenient. The Mount Fuji trip was another highlight. Even though the weather didn’t cooperate and we couldn’t get a clear view of the mountain, the experience, especially the lunch was still thoroughly enjoyable. Getting around Tokyo and Osaka was a breeze with his transport recommendations. The journey from the airport to our hotel in Ozaki was seamless, and the shuttle bus from Shin-Osaka back to Itami Airport was also very efficient. We had fun using SUICA on our phones to pay for all our train rides. While we were in Tokyo, we’ve already started recommending Stanley to our family and friends for their future Japan trips. We’ll definitely be reaching out to him again when we plan our next visit to Japan next year. Once again, a big thank you! We truly appreciate the wonderful service Stanley has provided, he has made our trip an incredibly smooth and memorable experience.
