Great experience with this company. Phoned & made arrangements to drop my broken TV off to them. Was quickly called back with advice on what was wrong, a repair price, and asked if I wanted to go ahead. I picked it back up following repair and it was working but there was a minor issue with the repair so they picked it up, sorted it, and returned ite xtremely quickly and all free of charge. They also supplied an extra power cable for the repaired TV and a new remote control for my other TV that I inquired about. They said there was no charge because I had a bit of hassle with my repair. Exemplary customer service! The whole team seemed great but special mention to Kyle T and Sharon whose names I managed to catch.

Excellent service. Had a Samsung TV with some white spots, simple wear an tear over time. Duncan took it off me less than a week. Couldn't be more satisfied.

Excellent service JST repaired the backlights on my 70 inch tv they came and collected it and delivered it back within a few days the young man was very professional and chatty and the price was excellent cheaper than buying a new TV would highly recommend this company

Had a Shark stick vacuum with a screaming motor. Took it to JST in the morning, was called by early afternoon with cost. Collected 3 days later with basically a brand new vacuum for less than the cost of a cheap cylinder! (New Shark would have been £300-400). Staff very polite, attentive and knowledgeable. Would not hesitate to recommend. Well done JST!

Had a Samsung OLED Monitor having issues with the Joystick at the back interfering with the Menu being constantly pressed, the people at JST fixed the issue within a day.

Great service. Fixed my 43” Hisense TV in a 3 day turn around right before Christmas, kept me updated throughout about what the issue was and what the status of delivery for parts needed were. Picked it back up on Christmas Eve as good as new, can’t recommend the guys enough.

Fantastic service. Had an item that required repair and was told by other businesses not to waste my time and just throw it away. Joe and the team assesed it and it was fixed within a few days. Tremendous service and a great sustainability message. They have a stack of mint, top quality reconditioned lap tops, etc if you want to save a fortune and buy nearly new as well.

I handed my dead Henry into them at 4pm. By 4.30pm they had found the problem to be a faulty power switch and replaced it at a price far less than I'd expected to pay. They even gave him a brand new bag. Absolutely tremendous service.
