My wife and I hired the absolute best company in the JSM Group SWFL! Sam and his crew did a fantastic job replacing the damaged, slippery and dangerous tile that had been in our lanai! Water made its way into the lanai during the hurricane's and the tile swelled and lifted from the floor. The tile had been really slippery when wet even before it was damaged. Providing a safe environment for our grandchildren and our guests was our #1 goal. Sam and his crew were great, they were timely and their craftsmanship was top notch. My wife and I would definitely hire JSM Group SWFL in a heartbeat when the time comes and we need more tile work. We would definitely recommend them for anyone seeking skilled quality tile work ! Sam gave us a great price for the job, he communicated with us appropriately and came through with a quality finished product! we can't say enough about their awesome work, we're very happy with the tile. The tile we chose eliminated the slipping danger when the grandchildren and guests are visiting and enjoying our pool. That was exactly what we had hoped for and the new tile looks fantastic! I needed a full reno on our new home &, because I wouldn't be in Florida for the bulk of the construction time & anticipated managing the reno from Texas, I was afraid of contracting for too much & being left hanging. From the first meeting, I knew that Sam wouldn't over promise and under deliver. It was obvious that he had a great memory and paid a lot of attention to details. After the first meeting, we contracted JSM to build me a new walk in closet and pantry and to renovate my kitchen. There were specific deliverables that had to be completed at different points in time to coincide with my visits to Florida. I was in town for the first couple of weeks of the renovations. Sam wasn't on site daily, but our project manager, Ryan, was. Both were responsive to questions that I had & were able to problem solve quickly and effectively (and cost efficiently). Once the first part of the project was delivered in a timely manner, I contracted for additional work (master bathroom renovation, full-home painting, new water heater installation, etc.). I was able to trust them with the management of my project & leave town for weeks at a time. Whenever I was out of town, either Ryan or Sam would update me on the progress and/or challenges and present me with proposed solutions. Being out of town & the size of the reno should have made this one of the tougher ones that I've dealt with, but it was surprisingly smooth. Everything would have been delivered on time....had I not continued to have change orders up to and past the delivery date! I will definitely call on JSM again in the future & won't hesitate to recommend them.

After two hurricanes flooded the house with 20" of water, I took a risk choosing a contractor who had only 4 reviews. The project involved ripping up the subfloor in one room, sealing all the joists to prevent mold before adding a new subfloor; replacing the bottom 2" of drywall in the house, matching the drywall texture; painting the entire house; replacing all the floor trim and interior doors and laying a new floor throughout the house. Sam had indicated it would take about 2 1/2 weeks, and he would not be able to start the job for 10 days. His crew did start in 10 days and finished in just over two weeks.. The crew started work every day at 8:00 and did not leave until 5 or 5:30 (where we are, one is lucky if a contractor shows up at all and doesn't leave after working an hour or two). The crew of two, Ryan and Dorian were efficient, worked hard and were excellent craftsmen. I am so glad we found ths contractor will not hesitate to call him again if the need arises. They did a fantastic job for us and I would highly recommend them.

Great company. It was a complete remodel and it went smoothly. Everyone had a job to do and they all worked well together. Sam did the heavy work Hubert and Ryan did the rest Marcel 's tile work was amazing. Sam also installed a new hot water heater and security system.Highly recommended !!!

JSM Group exceeded all expectations. Quality is A+and tidyness was the best I have seen in the construction biz. Quality work and a pleasure to work with. Our new "go to".
