First company to answer the phone and agree to help out six in the area. super polite and accommodating. They were there in 15 minutes. Definitely a reasonable price for my tow also! My driver Eric was even insightful enough to tell me what was wrong with my vehicle and he was right. I was able to fix it that night. That's above and beyond to me. This morning, the weather was worse than expected,icy and my rear-wheel-drive car ended up in a ditch close to some trees. I called JR’s Towing, and from start to finish, they were amazing. I spoke with Crystal, who was kind, calm, and quick to dispatch help. Eric, the tow driver, arrived promptly and handled everything like a true professional. He safely got my son and me out of a really tricky spot, and I can’t thank him enough. In stressful moments like that, it means so much to have a company respond quickly and treat you with care. Got me out of a pinch three times! Anything from offloading a forklift off a 53 foot dry van trailer to rescuing me and my chevy tahoe off the side of the road. They also transported a off shore shipping container from a friend's to my backyard safe and professional. They are top notch and always my first call!

I have first hand experience with JR’s services . I have called for tires to be aired up, tires to be changed in the winter , spring and summer not to mention I had to even call for a jump more than once . The tow guys each time greeted me with respect and even offered me a way home if they couldn’t get my tire fixed or car to start. 100% great service.

Had an appointment for pickup and the person was over 45min late. She spoke to us very rudely and acted unprofessionally. We live very far away and to not respect our time was disappointing. When we are paying for a service (which was honestly overpriced), we expect timeliness.

After arranging the sale of my vehicle to peddle and having a very negative experience with the initial tow company that accepted the pickup, JR's Services accepted the job. I am so thankful to Eric for his punctuality and professionalism! He called me when he was 15 minutes out to give me time to meet him, he quickly looked over my paperwork and handed me a check.
