Jamaine helped us locate a leak two other plumbers had failed to find. We had water appearing on the kitchen floor from the bathroom above and ultimately needed specialist drainage services, but Jamaine located it, did as much as he could, and returned after the drainage specialist had left to finish the job. Polite, professional, kept us up to date and I would highly recommend.

We needed our downstairs toilet turning into a mini utility room they installed our washing machine and replaced our sink and toilet. Both Jamaine and Chris were respectful, polite and worked very well, they were a pleasure to have in our home and we would recommend them to anyone and we will be using their service again for all future plumbing needs. Jamaine came to renovate my bathroom around 3 years ago now at my residential property to which we haven’t had any problems, I was that elated with the work he has recently took on a role at our industrial pallet solutions limited where he installed 5 toilets and hand basins. He turned a blank canvas into our main office and we honestly couldn’t be happier. He now maintains any plumbing work on site and is all ways prompt and efficient when we need any maintenance/additions carrying out. I don't normally leave feed back but in this case I feel I need to. The work carried out was excellent. They were very friendly and profesional. Even put protective coverings on the carpets. Everything was tidy the end of every day and even cleaned and vacumed when they finished the job. Nothing was to much trouble plus total courtesy I would certainly have them back again.

Profesional work, on time and all work guaranteed. We had a new water feed and waste fitted, shower removed but discovered our sewer was blocked, no fault of JRS. He cleared the blockage, completed the work and we are very happy customers
