Great job! We had a boiler failure on returning home from a visit and contacted JRQ. Jonny provided advice via WhatsApp first then after a visit the following day from Ollie - it became obvious that we would need to replace the boiler. They fitted me in the following day for a replacement and the work was done by Simon, Ollie and the controller work by John. The install took about 2 days in total. All really nice, friendly guys to deal with, as was Jonny. . They worked in a clean and tidy manner and arranged for collection of the old boiler the day after removal. Jonny and the team were happy to provide advice and answers to any questions I asked and the whole install was as good as you would expect. Highly recommended!

John and Adam installed my new gas hob and have done great job. Easily dealt with any problems arising, cleaned up thoroughly and polite and cheerful. Highly recommend and will use them again when needed.

I needed someone to fix a leak in my toilet. JRQ offered me an appointment quickly. Along came Ollie who was friendly and knowledgeable and got the job done. Unfortunately that evening I discovered a problem. I Emailed Jon the next morning early and his reply came straight back (I think before the office was even open) offering to send Ollie back that day. The problem turned out to be a faulty replacement part Ollie had purchased. This was in no way down to JRQ but a supplier issue. He went and exchanged it and made sure the job was completed keeping me informed every step of the way, all done with knowledge and good humour. I am very impressed with JRQ , in how quickly they could help initially and how they responded immediately to a problem which was not of their making. I will definitely use them again and would have no hesitation in recommending them for your plumbing and heating needs. You will be in reliable hands.

Came at short notice and gave me my options. Then moved jobs around so my new boiler could be fitted the very next day. Will 100% recommend and will be using again for future jobs already.

I chose JRQ to install a new kitchen worktop and replace the old one. I was very impressed with the quality of their work and attention to detail that was apparent throughout the whole process. Very pleased and impressed with the service we got today, John outlined what was needed and gave a choice of options for the dripping tap in the kitchen. Additionally, we asked if he could advise au on having a new loo seat fitted in the bathroom, He asked us about our budget before buying additional materials or taking on the extra work of changing the entire tap unit. Will definitely use JRQ in the future.

Delighted with the service provided by JRQ. We needed a gas hob installed. John picked it up from the showroom of the company we bought it from, brought it to us and installed it. He also installed an isolation switch on the gas pipe in the cupboard under the hob. It was a painless experience for us as he was quick and efficient and left no mess. Thank you JRQ.

Great guys! Great work. They’re going to be our go to team! We’ve already had them do two plumbing jobs; one to put a water pipe in our utility room, and second they put a beautiful sink in our tiny downstairs bathroom. Really impressed with their work! Can’t recommend them enough!

I asked Jonathan if he could fit a new gas hob in our kitchen. The whole process from our initial phone call to completion of the fitting was completely seamless and easy. Jonathan is very knowledgeable and trustworthy and his work is superb. The hob looks great and I am a very happy and satisfied customer! I’d highly recommend him.

I can only say how fantastic Johnny and his team are. They go out of their way to help and I could recommend them enough. We had an issue with a shower screen where there was a fault.
