I recently had JR Evans remove my evaporative cooling and gas ducted heating and replace it with a Panasonic ducted reverse cycle system. It turned out to be a great decision. Alexander discussed my options in detail, examined the house to see what would work best, and gave me a detailed quote. Communication was excellent, and the guys cleaned up after themselves so that you wouldn’t even have known they’d been here. Liam, Caiden and the guys took great care of my property, even carefully moving delicate ornaments out of the way. This was indicative of their general approach to their work. The old systems were removed and the new one installed in one day. JR Evans handled the government rebates for me, happily answered my endless questions, and Josh patiently explained how to use the control panel when they’d finished. All for a very reasonable price. From quote to installation, the whole process was easy and painless. I was so happy with JR Evans, I recommended them to my mum.
