⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 – Outstanding Builder! We used JR Building Services Kent Ltd, run by Joe Randell, to convert our garage into an office and large utility room, and the entire experience was absolutely fantastic — easily the best building/trades experience we’ve ever had (and we’ve had a few!). Joe does exactly what he says he’s going to do, and he does it in a way that brings real calm and reassurance to the project. Nothing is ever a problem and nothing is too much trouble. He worked from architectural plans that, as usual, weren’t especially accurate or detailed despite the cost — but Joe identified the issues straight away, worked around them with zero fuss, coordinated perfectly with Building Control, and still finished on the exact day he said he would, arriving every day and delivering on budget. Joe wasn’t the cheapest quote we received, but he certainly wasn’t the most expensive either — and the value for money has been exceptional. He is completely trustworthy, as are all the tradesmen he brings in. A genuinely nice, friendly, reliable person who takes enormous pride in his work. We wouldn’t think twice about having him back. In fact, to be blunt, we’ll never use another builder again — Joe will be our go-to for all future building work, kitchens, bathrooms, everything. The whole experience from start to finish was perfect, and my wife and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Our neighbours constantly comment on how beautiful the conversion looks, especially the bay window, and even delivery drivers have been saying how lovely it is! Highly, highly recommended.

Single story extension, internal structural works and more… What an amazing company to work with, Joe and his team are extremely knowledgeable and hardworking, they turned our vision into reality on time and on budget, while being courteous and kind to my family throughout. Joe listened to our wants and needs and made them happen without any issues, communication with Joe and his team was second to none, leading to a clear understanding of the desired outcome for both parties.
